CASUAL TELEMARKETER ( WFH )

Cancer Prevention and Support Association is seeking a responsible and dedicated person to assist with our awareness and fundraising campaign. Starting with 15 hrs a week (casual), with the potential for permanent part time after probation. (15-25hrs per week). This role will be predominantly remote and suit an SA based person however applications outside of SA will be considered on merit.

Able to relate to all ages and demographics
Pleasant and relatable phone manner
Experienced in sales / customer service / telemarketing  (though not essential)
Basic understanding of MS office programs

THE ROLE:

Starting Casual - 15 hrs per week increasing
WFH and semi-flexible hours
Telemarking / Fundraising - Both warm and cold leads
Providing awareness of both our campaigns and the benefits of early detection and regular health checks
Processing of payments through online platform
Relationship building
Maintaining integrity of CRM data
Meeting monthly KPIs
Reporting to Associate Director

REMUNERATION: Per Clerks Award (MA000102)  $25-31ph (Casual) depending on experience.
